Procedure

One of the best things about Christmas is all the crafts and activities we can do with the kids. These handmade creations are always more meaningful than store-bought cards, and toddlers have so much fun making them!

One challenge when creating Christmas cards with toddlers is resisting the urge to take over the project. It’s important to focus on the process of crafting rather than the finished product. This Christmas tree card is designed for minimal adult involvement, with plenty of opportunities for toddlers to contribute (with a little help, of course).

Start by printing the prepared template or gathering A4 high-density paper in different colors. Choose the colors together with your little one, then cut colorful strips to form the trunk and the tree. Assemble the strips step by step to create the Christmas tree. At the top, add a star, pom-pom, or any decoration you have on hand.

And just like that, your card is ready!

Happy holidays!
